Vij’s At Home:  Vikram Vij and his wife, Meeru, opened Vij’s restaurant in Vancouver, BC with the premise that there is no such thing as a typical Indian curry. They combine Indian spices and cooking techniques with local meats and produce to come up with creative, original recipes. They love everything about food—real food that is cooked by hand, with real ingredients. In the spring of 2011, Vij’s proudly moved to a new production headquarters in Surrey, BC. The same Indian hands make the curries in Surrey, but with a larger cooking space, bigger pots and a few machines to help with the packaging process.  Learn More
